Jon Misura Looks like Simmone Marie 4:25. It’s apparent what good musicians the drummer and bass player are but the whole performance gives off ‘doing it for the money vibes,’ especially when compared to the Warrington footage. Where were you stood for that? In my limited experience of them, big crowds work best in stadiums.
Travis_Bickle This is how you work a crowd...but at the risk of sounding like a boring old twat, crowds need to do better. Perfect set. Perfect energy. Crowd?......waiting to be on someone's footage. Apart from a couple of noble souls.
Travis_Bickle Jon I remember when George from Nightmares On Wax first played Public Enemy's Rebel Without A Pause. We were only a little group. The Hyde Park lot. The 501. Chan. The Little London. Can't remember if we'd fallen out with Latty and the MPs (that didn't end well). But when that tune was played (Tommy and I had heard it, we had another of the handful of copies) the place went mental. There were other tunes and other moments. I worry that they'll be lost.
Misura Jon to be honest, I thought that out of the 3, Mani struggled. Supposedly Reni was feeling his age, but I thought he & Squire were top notch/effortless. All 3 should still be making music, and that’s why I’m prepared to be overly praiseworthy of Gallagher & Squire.
