Think his lad did the after dinners with his Dad for a while.
Saw them about 10 years ago.
Nobby managed a couple of stories but was vague and struggling to remember. His lad took over and was excellent, telling jokes and telling his Dads stories.
At the end the whole place were on their feet singing "Nobby, Nobby" to the Allouette tune.
Sad but lovely.
