One of my grans died when I was around the same age as Phillips. She had helped me buy a car and in return I used to taxi her around to her friends. Loved doing it. She lived in later years in Maple Court, which is opposite the White Hart in Beeston. I'd used to pop in on her before I went to a Leeds home game. She always went in her purse and produced a few quid for me despite the fact I was working and was getting an ok wage. Thats what grannies are (were) for :-)
