Supposed to be working but now working my way through old World In Action documentary about Dogtown Los Angeles and the 70s skateboarders and surfers - it's brilliant - nearly lunchtime - I'm gonna crank sum munch ! Did they really talk like that ?

Thats the one , like you say a brilliant snapshot , set up bits and a bit spoofish , but takes you back to being a kid in the seventies , minus the sun the skill and the soundbites. my first skateboard was a bit of wood with roller skates screwed on. I dreamed of a super skuda.

Also had the good fortune to see them at Leeds Uni in 1981 (I think). They must have done nearly 100 songs in 45 minutes, or that's what if felt like. Classic stuff. R.I.P. Tommy.
