Anchor Under-the-ground Never done it but get the idea. I'd like to do it in a kayak as well. On a river obvs.
Odd_Job Anchor I kayaked the Caledonian Canal from Fort William to Inverness, over 3 days, 60 miles in total, was a great experience.
Anchor Odd_Job where did you stay. I have visions of sleepy riversides pubs and long balmy summer evenings.
Odd_Job Anchor we hired a boat, and slept on that. Three of us kayaked, and there was two on the boat shadowing us. Then there were another 6 lads, walked the route and camped at each of the stopover points.
Anchor Anyone interested in pro cycling might want to have a look at Strade Bianchi today. The French are very excited about a 20 year old called Seixas. He is up against Pog today on the white roads of Tuscany.
Anchor Young_Marxist_at_Tescos The French lad came second. Bit disappointed to read he has refused to sign a new deal at his French team. Decathlon I think - I cant keep up - and UAE want to sign him. So they will have Pog, Del Torro and Seixas - none of them learn anything from Ayouso? None of them want to win anything?
CharlieG The lad ( top left, lemon insulator jacket, baseball cap) at Chipps Chippendale's leaving do from Singletrack mountain biking magazine. He, the lad, was art director there from 2017 -19.
Travis_Bickle CharlieG Singletrack broke the mould for MTB mags. Beautiful to look at. Yes, it was very Hebden Bridge in some ways (even though it was made in Tod), but I think it was better for that. What's Chipps off to do?
CharlieG Travis_Bickle What's Chipps off to do? He lives in France, now, so feels a bit disconnected from the day to day stuff. He'll still contribute, though.
