I appreciate I am late to the party here. I have been away.I watched the whole of stage of 19 last night. Shiiiiiiit.I use Cycling News for my news - the articles on Froome are so barbed. So heavily laden with incredulity. But you cant take anything away, thta was an incredible ride. I really really hope he is not full of a 12 year old child's blood and he is clean.Still gutted for Yates but in good company as Pinot bonked in style as well.

Nice Mr GI had my cast off last week after 6 weeks non-weight bearing and am now hobbling about in quite a bit of pain. The calf and hamstring on my right leg now resemble bingo wingsDoc says cycling would be good but do it half paced at first. Trouble is, I'm really struggling to push down with any force but I'm going to give it a go on Thursday in the hope that things will stabiliseOn and on as they say

It was dull and overcast when we set off so didn't bother with sunscreen. Now have the definitive cyclist tan lines. I'm OK with it but the Mrs is doing her nut. It's not like I'm going to wander around, in public, in only my pants......
