Travis_Bickle Agreed; it’s interesting the way equipment migrates from one type to another and fashions come and go. Remember years ago having a Scott road bike with a triple chainset. Now road bikes are coming with the same disc brakes MTBs have.
Got a new MTB a couple of years ago. Massive wheels and I can barely get the fucking thing out of the cellar because of the really wide handlebars. Oh and tubeless tyres…that have also become fashionable on road bikes.
