Professional wrestler, and Oita assemblyman, Skull Reaper A-ji, on his way to court. He is suing the prefecture council for not letting him wear his mask in the chamber, or in committee rooms. He says this is discrimination, as his masked identity is essential for his every day work on the council as an elected representative.
