Cooley I’ve just finished Primal Fear on Netflix. Another one I last watched 25 yrs ago. Held up well. Excellent performances from Gere and young Norton.
Anchor CBIT I'm watching that now. The scene where the Mexican soldiers get machine gunned. Not a spot of blood and missed the horses!
white_dragon I'm no judge . I Like Caine. As a youngster, loved Eastwood , but he must know his stuff as he's directed some great films as well. Washington as Malcolm X , off the top of my head is my personal favourite performance.
Jon Part 3 and 4 of When The Levees Broke just showed up on HBO. Watched 1 and 2 a while back. Heartbreaking.
Harvest Off to the flicks this afternoon - been a while. I know very little about the Marvel films and they're not for me at all but my missus and lad like them. So, Black Widow it seems. It's going to piss it down so can't exactly do a lot anyway.
Harvest Better than I expected. Ray Winstone turns up playing a Ruasian baddie and his accent is woeful. I got up to go at full time and my lad said I had to sit through the credits as there's always a bit afterwards in the Marvel films. A right twist. Nice just to visit a cinema.
Travis_Bickle Mrs took the eldest and her mates to see it yesterday as part of the birthdaycelebrations. She had to sit a few rows away....
Harvest Travis_Bickle We had those reclining seats in Vue, Kirkstall Rd. Not sure if all Vues have them now but it makes for a better watching experience - and £5.99 so not at all bad.
Jon Beckoning Silence Joe Simpson documentary on the Tony Kurtz attempt on the north face of The Iger. Some amazing footage.
CBIT I remember spending about £20 (when this was a lot of money) to get hold of Fast Times At Ridgemont High cos everyone raved about it and thinking meh
