WTF are the US doing with bio/chem labs in Ukraine anyway? Cost saving? I know that, after the fall of the Soviet Union, loads of US and European companies divested themselves of expensive technical groups in their own countries and set up in highly educated super cheap countries like Slovakia, Hungary and, of course, Ukraine. But bio/chem labs next to the border with Russia? Does nobody do risk assessments these days?
