AndreWeimaraner Hmm. Now you’ve got me thinking. I missed the last tour because I d done my leg in and I was out on disability. Also they headlined with The Psychedelic Furs and it was north of $100s and I’m not much of a Psychedelic Furs fan.
I remember reading the set list and not bee too disappointed I’d missed it. Maybe I’ll pass until they decide they could make a few quid touring Darklands or Stoned And Dethroned over here.

fulmine exactly this. London was a debacle but they were bloody brilliant in December. Potentially the best I’ve seen them. A shame if John head isn’t on anymore records. One of the best around

Under-the-ground John was getting a lot of love (as opposed to Love), wasn’t he? Bit like Will with the Bunnymen. Wonder if that caused a bit of friction. Bloody rock stars and their monstrous egos.

fulmine god knows. People were just glad to see them back together I think. At Bristol john was still in his wellies. As they picked him up after walking the dog. He was still the coolest there. It’s magic their chemistry, plus backed by that young lad nathanial. Something else.

If I was home I’d go see them as often as I could because one day it’s all going to end.
I looked at flights home. They’re hovering around $1,000s right now and I can’t justify that to myself, my wife would say go. Bless her.

I think you’ll see more Shack dates if and when they regain control of more of their recordings and have something to promote.

It would be ace if they did an annual show in Liverpool around Christmas.

Gene Bristol. Absolutely majestic. Martin Rossiters voice was pitch perfect. This comeback has been great so far. The songs have aged like fine wine.

The only thing next is will there be new material? Onwards to the Roundhouse in September
