First day. Absolute smart cycle path from Abergele to Prestatyn.
Fair old hill then horrible dual carriageway bridge from flint. Never realised how nice the Wirral is . Lovely villages. Dropped into Birkenhead & the park . Apparently Central Park is based on it?
Anyway what a skyline from Birkenhead over the Mersey. Magic.
luckily the ferries were fully booked so I got the tube type train instead !
hot footed up to Crosby for the statues. Anyway fuck all there . It was lovely down there with the sun. Apparently they have taken them for cleaning?
30 years since I have been here . It is exotic to me & like being abroad with all the accents.
