My brother fell off a massive slide at Beaumaris next to the castie when we were kids.

Covid related after booster jabs , it floored my dads partner for a couple of days stayed in st james over night , as a family we all rushed down to a&e (why ?) to give support , resulting in my sister now testing positive .
Having endured 24hrs of waiting i can honestly say that the a&e at st james is under staffed with the walk out part having 5hr ques , no dignity and trolley beds with patients strewn everywhere, shocking to see and endure

It's broken. I was in LGI A+E over night with my pissed up lad who had bust his head open falling.

NHS is a right mess. Sadly
