Approaching Chester station, ghost culture was well good. As was 808state in a tent at mid night. had a mega satdie afternoon rave in the woods with crazy p djing (was chatting to Irvine Welsh at this) did unabombers 5 hour set on sat evening. James, black grape and grace Jones where all entertaining Sunday eve. Tis a cracking festival.

And i'm missing out loads of other stuff i saw- welsh male voice choir, a live reenactment of The Prisoner, Steve Coogan doing a q&a, Bernhard Sumner doing a q&a with irvine welsh, Richard Allen (him who did twin town) doing a q&a on a version of undermilk wood thats about to be released, some crazy parade through the village, glitterball parade lead by a load of mental neon drummers and loads more. (and you could skin up anywhere, even sitting next to the security guys as i did once inadvertently)Pretty sure i'll be going next year

Just walked out of Savers with a pot of fucking Slim fast. Had a gimme checkup at quacks yesterday. All ok but I want to lose some timber. Gym seems to do nothing really but I can't face walking about starving hungry all the time. Any tips? Was thinking of nutibulleting slim fast, ice, fruit, veg, seeds and bit of skimmed milk.
