Harvest Reggie_Perrin Was there a couple of weeks back. I bet the park gets packed in summer, picnics and all that.
Flaneur Been down in Yns Mon, mon, since Thursday. Came back today. Did the forest walk at Newborough. The sea glinting through the pines was ace.
Anchor hendersonjones That was after the first support finished. Ichigo Evil - then Blue Bendy (both good also) before the main event.
hendersonjones Almost every gig i go to now is sold out , maybe people are starting to come out mingle enjoy their lives again after covid ?
Tolley Placid A good win last night against Hartlepool's academy. Guiseley are now into the first round proper of the FA youth cup after three qualifying rounds. A big crowd too. They have a development system that seems to punch well above its weight. Is that lad a relation?
Travis_Bickle One of the coldest matches I've ever watched was at Guiseley. Don't let the slightly manic smiles fool you. It was fucking biblically cold. It also saw the eldest eat a fish that weighed almost as much as she did.....
cordshoes Travis_Bickle love a square fish. Boundary Park was baltic when the wind came skimming over t' Pennines. Sun'land had the North Sea though.
MolOverBeethoven CBIT Boundary Park and Millmoor. Did a Tuesday night JPT game (or whatever) game at Millmoor around 2005/6, Cresswell scored. Took a week to warm up again.
Loose_Lips Reggie_Perrin 4th'd. I think I nearly cried. We won. Kilkenny from memory but it was so cold maybe I imagined it.
Anchor I was at this game in 2010 at the Hawthorns. Oh my days. It was insanely cold. Ridiculous. We had Nicky Shorey on loan and I was pretty impressed he did the warm up in shorts and a short sleeve top while everyone else had duvets on.
Raposa That away end in the corner at Ayresome Park was none too warm either. An inhospitable ground in more ways than one.
