Jon Had some right snow already. Don’t seem to go a bundle on clearing the roads or paths. Watching cars struggle up the hill. Early night, knackered. Get our bearings in the morning
Jon Downtown Reykjavik’s a death trap. No fucker clears the snow or ice and it’s all pretty ice at this stage. Feeling my age with the fear of falling.
Raposa Jon Feeling my age with the fear of falling Fantastic photos though. Just put some Inspiral Carpets on and chill.
Jon CharlieG she’s sick of me talkimg about ley lines and Bill Drummond, and playing Porcupine in the car.
Placid Jon she’s sick of me talkimg about ley lines and Bill Drummond, and playing Porcupine in the car. Have you been to that bit thats the fault line between Europe and American tectonic plates.. blows my mind that.
Jon Placid That’s in the photos on the top. The ones of the folk on frogmen suits are of people snorkelling in it. She did it last year with her twin, thankfully. Today has been Bunnymen falls and lots of other falls along the way, one in a cave. Load of English school kids wading through the water to get into the cave while some mad woman who bore a passing resemblance to Ronnie Wood with a stuffed animal toy balanced on a stone in the river pushing everyone out of her way. Great stuff.
90Piesanhour About to go to Jiu Jitsu after my park run. This virus has taken it out of me, but I’m determined to power through. 🏃🏼🥋
