Very fussy these charity shops. Still in the process of clearing my folks house out. Given about 50 bags of clothes away and also the non woodchip ikea furniture. But one charity came round and turned its nose up at a bookshelf thing. Solid wood it was but had a water ring mark on it. Wouldnt accept it would polish out. And they ummed and rrrr'd over a £3 grand table and chairs which was in immaculate condition.
And I cant get rid of a reclining 3 seater and 2 seater sofa set because my old man had it reupholstered and they didnt stick the bloody fire sticker back on.
Most the stuff will end up ion a skip now. What a waste
