We had a large number of players with England for the last few years and managed to win a couple of championships. I think giilespie leaving has had an affect. All the promising youngsters haven't quite matched up to the initial promise, and apart from balance the senior players have been inconsistent.

Just listened to the final round of t20 matches , of the 16 teams across two leagues 15 sides where in with a chance of getting into the 1/4 finals, needless to say we lost out.
