A funny bunch families.
My my brother is a funny one, but ok really. Just lose him on weekends to drink. My Dads family were never interested in us as kids, but I didn’t lose out they did. Hence I didn’t want that for mine.
Anyway fast forward 14years my parents have been ace and have been a part of our lives & kids etc. My Mrs’s on the other hand! Different story, my kids get it though. They haven’t lost out they have had plenty of love.
Thankful that my Mrs is nothing like the rest of her family. She is brilliant.
It makes me angry that they always come to her for something. Yet when her career was taken away, which was her everything, they went missing. I won’t forget that. Never mind turning their back on my kids. Fuck em!
