Good news Friday #1: Despite breaking his neck in 3 places, and his lower back in 4, BIL was discharged from hospital yesterday. No nerve damage and full use of arms and legs, although a shed load of rehab awaits.

Good news Friday #2: Thanks to dashcam footage and public info they've got the perpetrator. Apparently she stopped, got out had a look, got back in her car and drove off. Beggars belief that someone could do that.

the absolute 1st grade cunt who made an offer on our house that we accepted but he is in the UK and couldn't get over for 2 weeks. offered full asking price on the promise that we wouldn't accept another offer until he got here. Arrived on Monday loved the house. We had already fronted 1k in legal fees to get contracts and paperwork ready. Yesterday we had appointment booked in with the notary and lawyer at 11am. He turns up at 10.55 and just as we are going through the door stops us and says he wants to pay 15k less or he's not going to sign! i'm not a violent man but i came so fucking close to losing it, The missus had to calm me down as he smuggly smiled at us. I told him to fuck right off. So angry as we had turned down an offer for 10k more than he was now offering the week before and now lost 1 k in legal fees. Cunt cunt cunt. The previous buyer has has now moved on. on top of all that i lost my job as i told my boss i had 95% sold my house and to start looking for a replacement. he called me yesterday afternoon and said he had set somebody on. oh fucking happy days
