Dementia, calls asking me to follow up with the pension / wealth company to find out what they want, me getting too busy to call them, made a decision on my side, "sounds like an annual customer relationship meeting request," will call them tomorrow, have another call with my old dear, "did I call them? I sent you some money, did it arrive?" no, I didn't call them, been under it with work and kids, but sounds like they want to meet you to tell you how your ISA is doing, "so I didn't send you some money?"
