Not long back from a 10k.
Sun was shining when I set off then 5 minutes in the heavens opened up and it pissed it down the rest of the way.
Wore my shorts and a short sleeved top and every passing motorist must have thought "look at that barmy cunt in this"!
That said I found the rain quite cooling on the long climb from Guiseley up to the Chevin road which overlooks Otley.
Not one for times usually but looking to break 9 minute miles if I can so fairly chuffed when I glanced at my GPS watch at the end to see 52.08.
Looks like the next target is to break 50 minutes I guess but that's a way off yet.
Anyhow a hot bath awaits.
