Travis_Bickle I'll take a couple of bits of flapjack or Soreen probably. Never liked gels. Didn't eat when I did 13.6 but will have something with me just in case.
Anchor I did gels on my first half - never had the shits but I was getting well angsty about my sticky fingers - so much so I had to wash them - I hate that feeling of stick all over them - after that I went malt loaf for my marathon.
