I have been on the running machine in the garage trying to get started. Just started walking, then built up to running for 10minutes. Now I have bust it!
so no choice but to do a proper run . It’s about 2k maybe 3? Did the second one last night. I just run in some Sambas. How do you stop your shins hurting & when does it get easier!
aiming to complete a 5k park run in under half an hour. Then just do them as and when. Any other tips?
