I've probably said this before but running is well beyond me nowadays. Too much football has fucked up my joints. That said some of the times you list suggest you are walking quickly. Don't bite I'm just fucked and bitter.
I can walk okay, though the first few steps are painful, and getting down low is a bastard, especially when I get an audible bone on bone grinding noise from my hip. At some point I will try and get two new knees and a new hip. My other hip I replaced eight years ago so hopefully has a few years left.
I loved playing football but had no idea of the damage I was doing.
