Fair play the runners of One Mick Jones. I dont envy the ITB - i have had a few times.
I did a few pre christmas and felt good and have been mixing it up with fast walks. Had the proverbial time off over xmas and finally got back to it this week - Sunday four miles and felt OK (slow) Tuesday 10K and felt like dogshit - reall effort and slow - after, everything hursts. Hip and knee especially - all worn off now mind.
gonna reduce mileage and not worry about pace. Try again later I think.
Does anyone use strava?
I have taken to taking my phone with me as I am old and might fall over and started using the app - it is good for looking at your routes and what not post run.
