I have company health insurance through Vitality and with the few miles I do daily you can earn points which cover the cost of the latest device with a reasonable down payment.
It's almost free.
But I've decided I'm not going to buy things like that, or take these types of odfers and just through my watch as it is now.

So despite a blank spot over the seconds area I'm going to keep this one for now.
I find it so easy to use to so I'm surprised you don't like it.
But with everything touch screen now it may seem old hat. I am sure you are paying for rock solid GPS, good battery life and accurate heart rate.
When it dies (4 years and going strong) or if Garmin make it obsolete and the app stops working I'll swap.
