Slowest for a long time. Just can't get the legs moving like I used to. Still, I finished about half way, as usual, and nipped in at the end in front of a bloke who then said: 'You nearly took me out there, mate!' I told him I was miles away. To be honest, as I was sprinting to the finish line, as usual, if I had stayed behind him, I would definitely have taken him out!
Anyway. Getting older is inevitable, so I'm just glad to get around without needing the defib!
