Jon He's alright is Alfredo. From Miami from Cuban American parentage. His mother's a bit of a twat though and lived in a caravan with a Cuban gobshite so there may be something in what you say. Cubans in Cuba are ace folk though, so maybe its a policy to ship the gobshites to the US. Or maybe they just turn that way on arrival in order to compete.

Few ales last night, cooked a korean chicken stew and ate that in front of the tv after.

Today fannied about - set fire to the hoover, did some housework and that. Then took the wammal for a five mile yomp before back and made a massaman curry and currently listening to the Buzzcocks trying to sort wife's new iphone - I hate iphones.

I might try a push iron ride tomorrow.

It was my birthday Thursday. Went to Chester last night few beers and pizza. Called in local on way back , few more beers and sambucca shots with a few mates . Painting all day today , be Painting tomorrow as well . Going to take a break at one to watch my grandson play his first organised football match , Borras under 8s .
Did struggle this morning a bit , doing shots at 63 , ain't clever.

Day out in Norfolk yesterday (Alan and Gill personified ) Horsey Gap for the seals in the morning and then Cromer in the afternoon, Holiday Inn Norwich airport and chocolate mouse last night. Drove back to manc today, she went the trafford centre this evening whilst i watched the rhinos put up a piss poor performance. Some shit tomorrow and next week off, whoop whoop (pumped full of drugs on now) Cudworth Monday to see my half built house,
