Went for a long walk round Temple Newsam this morning with the missus. I tried to lose her a couple of times in the woods but she managed to keep up even though I was running at one point. Got all the crappy jobs out the way in the afternoon and also got the big shop in. Still got a tree to plant. But otherwise the slate's clean for two days. There'll be another big walk, medium sized drinking and small talk.
Tonight I'm going to cook a sausage casserole, listen to some sounds and have a few drinks. Start of the week was tough, need to chill.
