Anchor Northerners living in the Midlands picking on Southerners living in the Midlands. Is this the Redditch paradox?
The Redditch accent is almost black country due to the amount of yam yams moving there in the 60s and 70s. At least it was until the Polish turned up*.
*Not complaining about that btw. Lost a few nights due to drinking with the old Polish airmen** in Redditch Polish Club.
** For the price of a double vodka they'd share tales of dog fights with ME109s. Fuck me they hated the Germans.
