90Piesanhour A chilli tonight. Using turkey mince, but cooking some little bits of chorizo in there to give it added flavour. Also using some delicious roast onion gravy from a few nights ago as a base for the sauce. I'll let you know how it goes, if anyone gives a toss.
Travis_Bickle Tamarind glazed salmon. Glaze cooked with coconut oil, garlic, curry leaves and shallots. Bit of chilli, honey, brown sugar and lots of garlic. Rice and coriander.....best thing I've cooked in a while
