I had a lamb broth on Saturday in a cafe in Church Stretton so re created it last night but with chicken as i'm a fat cunt.
My life what a fanny it is with the broth mix - soaked over night and boil twice for 40 minutes before then adding to broth and cooking for two hours.
Twas nice though - served with paprika biscuits. Leftovers for lunch today - yay!
