With the mainland Chinese stuff yeah. Loads of the locals here didn't get vaccinated basically because they don't trust the government on anything. The HK Chinese have always been wary of the mainlanders, some of it was snobbery initially. More latterly it's because they are institutionally bent. Either connected and in on it, or just indoctrinated and not but sure the party is right and nothing is better than China and communist rule. Those that are not party members which is 90 something percent, well most of them are on the swivel for any money-making scam, scheme, dodge. Employees are routinely running businesses on the side of whatever job they have. One of the rumors on covid was that whoever was supposed to be disposing of lab animals at a research centre in Wuhan disposed of them to a connection at the wet market... I've know idea if there is any truth to that but lets say nobody out here would be remotely surprised where that proved to be the case.
