Travis_Bickle Flaneur I suspect one of the reasons I've avoided buying decent gear is that I'd never stop convincing myself I needed to upgrade.....
otis Flaneur I had a linn deck in late 80s .I couldn't afford to replace the needle. It was all balanced on weights. I acquired this at a cheap price back then and didn't know the value, quality or what it obviously meant to someone.
CharlieG Passport renewal for me and Mrs G. Should have been done two years ago but there was no point, at that time. Last year we were dealing with Mrs G's parents. Feeling the need for a bit of sun....
Harvest More houseplants. Shop called The Funky Cactus near me has a sale on. The owner's great, always feel obliged to buy something. Last time I was in she gave me a freebie plant. Thought I only had about 15, quick count up confirms it's 32. #plantlife
otis Harvest that's a good shop, where I got the Christmas cacti It's an old mate of mine from years ago wife/partner who has it. I only bumped into him after 20 years up in Morley in july I say mine, Jon and HJ too
Flaneur Bought this, and listening now. Remastered Double 180 Gram vinyl housed in a Gatefold Sleeve with 28 page Booklet. What a amazingly, lovingly, put together album:
Harvest otis I only know the woman, she's sound. She's got some cacti about a foot high for a fiver if you're quick. Prospect for a drink last night, LS27's where it's at.
Jon Harvest Sounds like you should qualify for some kind of a discount. I have no house pants. Maybe this is something I need to look into? I want a lemon tree.
Travis_Bickle Very close to buying a Mapex Armory double bass drum pedal. The eldest doesn't really need it. But she's listening to so much diverse stuff at the moment and reckoned that a lot of that had double patterns in it. I love that she's enthusiastic at 13. They're not Brewster's. But January is tax month.....
Harvest Jon Only had a couple from there. Try a few, it's addictive. The too much water/not enough water scenario is a weekly challenge though.
