Just finished watching the four part Sinatra documentary "All or Nothing at All", on iPlayer.
By Christ he was a complicated man. By turn he could be genial and then a complete cunt.
I, honestly, didn't realise, however, how much he did for racial equality. He put many noses out of joint in his championing of black people's rights, starting with those of the black musicians he so much admired. For that reason alone, the documentary gets 4G's out of 5.
Oh and that voice......
