Just watched Norwegian drama State of Happiness on iplayer or Lykkeland as they call it. I'd really recommend this. About the discovery of oil near Stavanger in the late 60s and relationships, redemption, deep sea diving, the socio-political landscape of the time in Norway and the noble ideals of looking after your citizens rather than selling out to big business etc. Two really fit lasses in it and loads of beautiful scenery. Lots shot near Dirdal which is very remote and where I started a 3 day hike in the mountains once. I've a mate who lives in Stavanger and he said one of the actresses lives 300m away from him.
