Bod No, probably not. Why turn up then? Silly bitch. Parkinson could have handled it better though. He saw his arse. Don’t get me wrong, I like Parky and rated him highly. His interviews with Sellers, Burton, Welles, Cagney et al are classics. I just think Cavett was better.
Footnote: Saw Parkinson on telly a month or two back. Looked ropey as fuck. I’ll be surprised if he’s around much longer.
