Under-the-ground 90Piesanhour I thought the film was a bit too up it’s arse. However Ian dury came over as not a nice person.
Flaneur Not sure if it was in this thread, but I finished Succession last night. Hated the twats, but thought it was so good, I'm probably going to watch the final episode again tonight.
Under-the-ground Artic. With Michael madsen. Good film but the shin scene will make you wince. it’s on Amazon
heyho Anchor just finished it. Not bad. Not sure how that hard man who chose to give evidence is still alive though. Loved how he had to slip in 'oh yes we'd get dressed up in dark suits and go and dig a hole and kill people' in
Raposa Currently gorging on that Norsemen on Netflix. Half way through the second of 3 series. It's like a tongue in cheek version of The Vikings, funny as.
Flaneur Not Netflix or Amazon, but Sky Atlantic. I watched two episodes of Mare of Easttown on Wednesday night. Then I did the remaining five last night. That was a great series.
heyho Just watched The Girl from Oslo. Apart from some appalling accents in the dubbing I thought it was worth more than the IMDB slating it got. If you like your mid Easterm politics with a lot of Isis, Hammas, Isreal, Palestine et al its worth a viewing
heyho Bod I agree. It's a funny one is this because often the actor is speaking in English but on other occasions Norwegian (it's a Norwegian series) but its all dubbed. And then the Arabic has subtitles. It's just the girls father, a high powered solicitor from Oslo, that is the problem. He sounds like he supports Millwall
hendersonjones Netflix Finnish film “bordertown the mural murders” Finlands own red dragon , silence of the lambs , with a bit of banksy thrown in .
heyho hendersonjones is it dubbed. I like to watch such stuff late at night but often cant be arsed with sub titles
zico heyho I don t mind subtitled films, never bothered me until recently. However, the last thing I want to do after a 10 hour day is read subtitles, just want an easy watch.
