Fair enough. That's new on me. But it's a difference of language and stated terminology rather than entitlement, that remains as I said. Non-national citizenship will not grant you any state entitlements or healthcare off the boat as it were, you'd have to multi-hoop jump and prove the right to residency (family living there etc). As, unbelievably do I now should I return.
I would get it, but they just make it a right fucking arse to do so. There's no guarantee a non Irish born national would. Regrettably again however, Robinson as a British citizen could land over under the CTA agreement. This allows citizens of both countries to live or work freely in the other country.
