Not confident. The squad is weaker than last season and we have three or four injuries before the season has even started! I hope they get at least one centre half and a striker. Not too bothered about the keeper unless he sells Kiko as well! Wouldn't put that past us.

So they've let BPF go. I was hoping he'd be first choice, this season, instead of that unpredictable Spanish twerp who's about as reliable as a Pound shop condom. Belief is draining from my soul.....

I'll rephrase in that case. We are a lot weaker defensively IMO. Jannson was the best CH we had by a stretch. Beradi always has a red card in him and Cooper has always got a free kick or penalty to give away, and neither have the bottle when it comes to a big game, especially Cooper.

Lastly both are injury prone so if one or both of them gets injured what then? If we get two CH's or have two coming through the ranks who are better than them two then I will feel a lot better about the upcoming season.

Worst Championship I can remember. Full of newbie managers and teams happy just to stay up. Cardiff have the experienced manager, Fulham have some decent players. So, amazingly, we have a chance despite our tiny squad. If only we'd bought Dan James...

Jon That's what was worrying me too. The injuries worried me too. But then loads of posters made reference to the young guns coming thru. The first six games will tell. I believe that MB has the grail ready or the lamp or something.

PJ was our best central defender, despite the fact that he was a bit of a tool.
BPF, in my opinion, was our best keeper.
Roofe was top scorer, last season.
I see no, adequate, replacements.
Bielsa will have to work even bigger magic to get us to the same position as last season.
Hope the kids perform in a Hansen defying manner. Erm, MOT.
