There also needs to be a little change in Bielsas tactics as well if he stays.

heyho interestingly down at Chelsea to my mind we played a lot more cautiously first half before opening up to our usual game in the second half. A change of tactics.

That was followed by early capitulation at Man City and a home game vs Arsenal. Not seen the steadier approach since.

Foxy_Dread my theory (and it may well be bollocks) is that we go into a game extremely well prepared tactics wise by the coach. This almost brainwashing approach has enabled players who may otherwise have never played in the top flight to succeed to a certain level.

The problem is that if we are forced down a tactical change by an injury (like yesterday) and have to move players around we start to come unstuck. It's as if many of the players darent (or dont know how to) change their kick off tactics.
