Anchor Yeah, Bob’s book follows in the same vein. Talking squirrels aren’t for everyone, but I liked it “so maybe you should think around that”. He has a lovely unusual turn of phrase, very English with talk of cakes, pies and pubs. Cartoon villains, amusing characters, simplistic storytelling.
Agreed on the Welsh ‘Crime’ series. Some may criticise his rants being crowbarred in, but I enjoy them. He’s a very moral writer despite common (mis)conceptions.
