CBIT God bless Nick. He was in Amsterdam once, friend had promised his missus, a teacher, that he’d pick up some leaflets from the Anne Frank house that she could use at school. He sets off, hangover for the ages, Nick catches up with him and asks what he’s up to. They both walk off trying to find the Anne Frank House. Going around in circles for ages, both got the shakes. “It’s no use,” friend says. “We’re not going to find it.” Nick looks at him and says, “No, come on! If the Germans found it, we can.”
