oneallanclarke Kevin_Stapleton I can’t easily think of a novel better suited to the OMJ demographic: “this is what you did and this is what you’ve got to look forward to.” I really enjoyed it but had slight reservations over the sheer number of characters in the first half and then was a bit unconvinced by the characterisation of the narrator’s partner in the second. That aside, it gets a strong recommendation from me.
