Jon sorry about the late reply, over 2 months 🙄. Its very good, Fiennes dispels a lot of the bad reputation towards Scott, namely the hatred between him and Shakleton and against his fellow team members, which were not true. He does have his flaws but he was a great leader. He charts his life but its mainly about the two expeditions to the south pole, the second ending in tragedy. The things they went through are hard to imagine and the ending is harrowing, but it's a good read and Fiennes is a good author because he has experience in these things having done them himself.
I'd send it to you, but you live in the states don't you, might not be worth the cost.
