Jon watched some live stuff online (YouTube blocked on court wifi). Liked what I heard. Me and the Mrs never go out. And that single is one of those rare songs we both like. We can always ask them to play it first and then we can go home early if we're tired.......

Travis_Bickle I don’t think I’ll hear a better song this year. Thought it was Teenage Fanclub until he started singing. I could honestly listen to a twenty minute instrumental of that opening bit, before they change it up a bit.

Coincidentally I've just dug out Saint Julian which appears odd now compared to what went both before and after.
There are times when I play Jellypop Perky Jean over and over. Droolian as with the Skellington albums include some interesting tracks.

Saint Julian is excellent. My Nation Underground is not to that standard but I did like enjoy it when I bought it.

Was it the video collection Copeulation which came out a little later?
Defreitas is definitely riding a bike on the China Doll video which I think features Mrs Cope and I'm guessing died that not many weeks after.
