Anchor Surely the begining of the end for this lot now.
I speak with my apolitical hat on. We all know bumbling Boris might become an issue as the election looms. But best to let him bumble along whilst the pandemic lingers on and then remove him nearer the time.
This might force their hand though, a show of party strength, clearing out the old and in with the new who have been waiting in the wings for such an opportunity. And unless the other lot become more electable (rather than this lot unelectable) then a fresh person at the Tory helm might convince the voters. I think a new leader was always in the thoughts of the Tory elite. Just a bit easrly thats all.
Looking through the higher ranks of both parties though, and the reason I do truly despise politics, I am struggling to see a leader for the Tories or indeed a charismatic deputy for Labour who can support Stamer. And these are the people supposedly running our fucking country
The lack of, and no site of, the emergence of a viable third party to chip away at both these dinosaur of parties is also worrying.
