oneallanclarke In that situation I would be wondering if the hotel worker had her passport, if they were free to leave the country, if they were free to change jobs. I would be wondering if they were receiving the wage they were promised. I would be wondering if they had decent living accomodation.
I would have fewer concerns for someone working in an English boutique hotel.
