The House Sound of Chicago
Farley Jackmaster Funk - Love Can't Turn Around
Whatever ever happened to House music? Hardly heard of it since this.
Tune. End of.
Felt like a bit of a novelty record at the time. Still does.
cordshoes I think it went in-house...
It's okay. Earth not moving, though.
90Piesanhour Get a couple of eckys down yer and have another listen.
I love this song. I have lots of very very very happy memories of this song. Need to dig my copy out.
Great pick.
Never did it for me then or now. I feel like it should have the voice of Magenta Devine over the top of the track introducing a feature about an old mill in Oldham being commissioned as a cultural hub for young graffiti artists and would be rap collectives.
I'm finally starting to understand the boom in drug taking around the time of this record.
It's not for me, lots of annoying elements.
Not bad. Just not a genre I ever took any interest in.

Seminal. Brings back good memories.
I've got a very vague memory of either seeing him or Darryl Pandy doing a live pa of this in central park/ritzy
Not my thing I'm afraid.
